1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately, and any credit balance associated with activity on that account will not be refunded.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on acc4d at any one time. Opening or holding more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or altered personal details — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name as per your Malaysian identification card
• Accurate date of birth
• An active email address used exclusively by you
• A valid Malaysian phone number
• Valid Malaysian bank account or digital wallet details in your name

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acc4d username and password. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the acc4d support team immediately.

Acc4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or utility bill) before processing withdrawals or verifying your account. This is part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedure.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits at acc4d are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. Acc4d does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply charges in accordance with their own terms of service.

Acc4d accepts the following deposit methods:

5Withdrawal of Winnings

The minimum withdrawal from an acc4d account is RM50 per transaction. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a verified bank account or digital wallet in your name.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Malaysian eWallets (TNG, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 5–15 minutes
• DuitNow to bank account: 15–30 minutes
• FPX to bank account: up to 1 hour during business hours

Prior to your first withdrawal, acc4d may require identity verification. This is a standard procedure that protects you and all acc4d members. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card along with a bank statement or a screenshot of your digital wallet.

Acc4d reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal request if: bonus turnover requirements have not been met, the account is under investigation, account information cannot be verified, or any suspicious activity is associated with the account.

6Bonus & Promotions

All promotions and bonuses offered by acc4d are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the respective promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

The general principles applicable to all acc4d promotions are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to the Welcome Bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering in accordance with the specified turnover requirements

9Account Suspension & Termination

Acc4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if:

• A member violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions

• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months with no activity
• There is a directive from the relevant authorities

In the event of account termination due to a member's breach of terms, acc4d reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances, including any pending withdrawals. acc4d's decision in such matters is final.

Acc4d's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
